Review ★★★★☆

After the first game in the series, this game changed the formula up slightly by gives us two companions. Selina, who we rescued in the first game and had a basic understanding of magic, and the heir to the throne Erik, who provided some comic relief by saying or doing stupid things during our journey. Unlike the first game, we didn’t have a werewolf chasing use down constantly, but the world wasn’t without danger. There were lots of clever puzzles and ways to make use of both companions during this game. It was divided up into two parts and our ultimate goal was to destroy the vampire that we thought we had taken care of in the first game. I very much enjoyed this game and while it has crude graphics for the time, I feel the graphic were enough to portray the details about the place we were in and provided someone more than than another text adventure game.

Graphics: 3/5

Story: 3.5/5

Puzzles/Gameplay: 4/5

Music/Sounds: N/A

Personal Slant: 4/5
